This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Urban Development Department, Govt. of U.P. India("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users ("User" or "you") of the Project Monitoring System ("App") which are running in Different -Different Scheme (Chief Minister Nagar Srijan Yojna ,Vandan Scheme, City Finance Scheme etc.) for Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation.

Scheme have many Type of Project like Beautification of main intersections , Beautification work of main business area ,office building , Community Center Kalyan Mandap , Drinking Water , road, drain and footpath , School repair and Anganwadi , parks and green areas , Street lights , drainage (drain). This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the App.

We are managing this app which is directly related to the State Government of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Objective

This mobile app has been created for the Uttar Pradesh Urban Development Department, Govt. of U.P. India, whose main objective is that the Authorized User are login by Username and Password which are provided by Department after that they enter the Project Physical Progress using following steps:-

• Firstly Authorized User Login by Select the Scheme enter Username and Password.


• Enter Project and Financial Progress Details by Selection of Financial Year, Work Status (Work on Progress, Work Completed) , Choose Project Name, Work Images and enter Remarks.


• Enter Physical and Financial Progress in Percentage, App collects the current location of the user when they perform filling Project Progress Details. This information is used solely for Project Progress tracking and is not stored or used for any other purpose.

Information We Collect

• User Login Information: To access and use the App, users must log in with their authorized credentials provided by their respective government department. We do not collect or store any personal information for registration purposes.


• Location Information: The App collects the current location of the user when they perform Project Progress related activity, such as work status (Work Completed/ under Progress). This information is used solely for Monitoring of Project and is not stored or used for any other purpose.


• Progress Photo: The App captures the Project's photo for verification during Project Progress activity. photos are not stored and are only used for the intended Project Monitoring Process.


• Remark: User Enter the Remarks .


• Physical & Financial Progress: User Enter the Physical and Financial Progress in Numeric pattern.

How We Use Collected Information

The information collected by the App is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Monitoring Progress : Head Office Monitoring Project wise and District wise.


• Phyiscial Progress: Head Office see all the Physical Progress and see the image/photo of running and completed Project


• Financial Progress: by Collecting Information User view Financial Progress

Data Retention

We do not provide functionality for the deletion of data as the information collected is related to government Project and is essential for official record-keeping. Data retention complies with government regulations and policies.

Security

We take data security seriously and have implemented measures to safeguard the information collected by the App. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

Sharing of Information

We do not share any user information collected by the App with third parties. Information collected is solely for the purpose of Project Monitoring releated to Urban Development Department, Govt. of U.P. India.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the App or through other appropriate means.
